I’ve been on all sides of the equation. I bought my first home when I was 22 – a $38,000 Craftsman in the Brooklyn neighborhood here in Portland. Yes, you read that right, $38,000! That was 1990, and since then I have amassed over 25 years of experience buying and selling residential, vacation, and even some commercial real estate. I’ve flipped, leveraged, renovated, leased and loved a lot of properties in the intervening years. I’ve worn many of the hats in the industry including Buyers / Listing Agent, homeowner, and property manager. I served 5 years as Chairman of the Historic Landmark Commission in St. Helens, OR, overseeing growth and setting design criteria for future development in their Old Town district. I’ve worked with architects, engineers, contractors and city planners and am dedicated to helping YOU navigate through the complexities of home ownership.
