We’re excited to announce that as of January 1st, we have gone off on our own and formed our own brokerage! Under the tutelage of Co-founders Camille Bernal and Brad Boynton, Our House Property Group is now a full service real estate firm bringing over 30 years of experience to the Portland market. Brad and Camille are a brother-sister team, who are themselves brokers, investors, property managers, commercial property owners, and AirBnB Superhosts.
Camille took advantage of the recent market lulls to earn her Principal Brokers license (yay, congrats!!), which paved the way for us to go out on our own. “It’s a much more efficient business model for us“, Camille commented, “because we now have the ability to write offers, negotiate concessions, review contracts, and celebrate with a champagne toast all under one roof.”
Brad took the opportunity to form the entity into an S-Corp while re-branding the company and ordering up new marketing materials and merch. “Forming our own brokerage gave Camille and myself an opportunity to start from scratch, to think about who we are and what skills we have to bring to our clients”, Brad explained. “And through the process we realized that it’s about trust and focusing on individual needs and getting it done right the first time.”
